Neon Sign Repair & Fabrication Info
Do you have a neon sign that is giving your trouble? Here is a quick guide to help you. If you are still having problems and need technical support or wish to have a tech come out and troubleshoot your neon then give us a call. (925) 606-7446
WARNING: MAKE SURE POWER IS DISCONNECTED BEFORE TRYING ANY REPAIR! VOLTAGES RANGE AT 9000 - 15000 V!!!

Flickering\Flashing Neon Tube:
1. Check the wiring (GTO) to the tubes and make sure that they are connected to the tube.
2. Make sure no wiring or tube is touching metal
3. Make sure no wire is crossing other wires and touching.
4. Check the electrodes (part where wire connects) if it is very black then it may need to be replaced.
5. If none of this works you may have a bad tube or transformer. Give us a call.
Tube or Several Tubes Not Lighting:
Follow steps above
- Possible bad transformer
- Possible bad tube (May have to be Re-Pumped. One tube can cause several tubes not to light)
- Bad wiring
- Bad ground to transformer
- Check timer\Breaker
